Common questions
Is there really no per-lease fee?
Correct. $19/month per property covers unlimited applicants, leases, and work orders for that home. No surprise charges when a tenant signs.
How do you verify renters?
Renters connect bank, employment, and ID through trusted partners (Plaid, etc.). Credit band comes from a soft pull, so it doesn't ding their score.
What if I already use another tool?
Most landlords switch one property at a time. Import existing tenants for free during your trial — we'll move their lease and payment history over.
Do I have to use movrus for rent collection?
No. ACH rent is included but optional. Some landlords use movrus only for listings + applications and keep their existing payment workflow.
